Hello everyone! My name is Joel and I am new to real estate investing. I'm a bit of a late bloomer as I am in the over 50 crowd and just getting started. Looking to purchase my first property in the next month or so and with a goal of having 5 properties by the end of the year. My plan is to purchase single family homes and rent them out using the BRRRR method. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
