I'm definitely excited to use this tool.

I've been reading a lot of good content and I am super excited to hear and learn from many of you.  

Real estate knowledge in General I have Learned that knowledge is power as long as you use it .please feel free to respond below and I am super excited to know anything you guys have to teach me about whole selling in the atlanta area I do have questions so for my first two:1. is it easier to do bandit signs in atlanta and have a 1 800 number to pull in your properties or should another course of action be taken to find properties with motivated sellers?

I'm super excited that I've gotten two responses even though I realize they may not pan out.

It is quite exciting how hot the market is here now, very different from the past four years.

The clients I have from California that sold their property a multifamily for a 5 cap and are doing a 1031 are very excited about such a deal.It's all perception of the investor and where they are coming from.     

If I signed a contract with a licensed and bonded contractor, and was later told they weren't "using their insurance" on this job I would not be excited.
