Got my first two responses to direct mail

Hi BP. I'm super excited that I've gotten two responses even though I realize they may not pan out. I'm just happy to see some activity. Here's my question, one is a house that is listed with a realtor. Can this be wholesaled? Second response was a lady that owns two lots, no houses. This must be a mistake as I only wanted Single and multi family from the list service I used. Can I do something with lots or should a newbie stay away from that for now. Really looking for help as I'm scared to death on returning these calls and blowing something. Any help would be much appreciated.
