Visiting my first potential wholesale deal in two days and boy am I excited.

As a long time podcast listener, I am excited to finally start networking and become part of the BP forums.Thanks to everyone who helps make this the greatest REI forum on the net!

I am currently taking classes to get my real estate license and have been attending some great agent training at the beautiful new Keller Williams (Pacific Estates) office in Cerritos, CA.I love my CD business as well as massage therapy, but I am really excited about the potential that real estate offers to help provide for my family's long term financial dreams.  

We are looking at townhomes for our first FLIP and are excited to learn about investing in real estate.  

As for the 3 deal exemption:  I was all excited about that a a few months ago.  

I'm excited to be a new member of Bigger Pockets and look forward to meeting local members.

But just a matter of staying aware of what's going on and properly approaching s situation when it arises.What an exciting endeavor.Nate
