And when you are ready to outsource your mailings, the only way you'll be able to make an honest apples-to-apples comparison is to know what your actual costs are to fold, stuff, label, stamp and mail each piece.Because I bet you're "paying" way more than you realize to do it yourself.For example, I've used Click2Mail's email-to-mail service to mail 8.5x11 letters in a 6x9 envelope with first-class postage, one at a time, for 84 cents each.

I bet they are in it 50k on legal fees now its highly complicated Old railroad right away that was bought by the state and now its a state asset were they are making it a bike and walking path and the state it turns out cannot be sued for an easement of necessity.. its quite complicated really at the end of the day its a 500k chunk of dirt they either get me my right of way or cut me a check,Now that I am doing business in your fare state and in Charleston SC that has old old parcels and deeds that go back pre civil war..

From my interpretation a single member LLC(if operated 100% like a business) should afford you the same asset protection rights as an S-corp.S-corp is also a "pass-through" entity...so his counter argument should be null there.If someone is going to go sue you - they don't look whether or not you filed a tax return.Again - i'm a CPA so I wouldn't take legal advice from me.You should get back to the EA if he knows personally anyone who was sued personally for an act that his/her LLC did

I certainly can't speak for all banks, but if you insist on going small loan commercial you're likely to find the best bet at the smallest banks you can find. maybe a credit union.
