How to get a title agent?

Hi guys,

so I want to start wholesaling, hopefully, this week but I don't know how to find cash buyers. I saw in another FAQ that I could get a title agent but where would I find one. Btw, I live in Ottawa, ON, Canada so our system and techniques are different from the US. 

Is there any other way where I could find cash buyers for free. PLease reply ASAP.
