Correct, that's an option we have especially since we have a university 5 mins down from us.

This house would be perfect though if it was close to a University/College and have it as a Frat house or Renting it by room to the students.

It is a 4 bedroom and studio mother--in-law suit we rent the 4 bed room by the room to college kids as the university is one mile away and the studio we use as a STR and guest house when we have family in town we block dates for them.

Most of my reasons for doing so are religious (my studies will be completed with devout Catholic universities and the degrees will be in Theology).
