Hi BP!
does anyone have an experience of doing short term rental (by room) I’m Miami…?

Have a great opportunity to enquire off market deal, but don’t know how to run it!

I would really appreciate any help and thoughts!

Thank you all

With Miami Culture you’ll have a harder time doing it by room instead of the whole house. For instance, I’m in Miami and I wouldn’t rent a room in a big house and having to share it with strangers. This house would be perfect though if it was close to a University/College and have it as a Frat house or Renting it by room to the students.
