what do do with a starter home after you get married.

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $98,000
Cash invested: $52,000

This was my starter home after I got married I did not know what to do with it. It is a 4 bedroom and studio mother--in-law suit we rent the 4 bed room by the room to college kids as the university is one mile away and the studio we use as a STR and guest house when we have family in town we block dates for them.
