Shaw Wolff what do you think you would do had you in the bank's shoes?

If you were in my shoes and wanting to get into REI (while also looking for a place to live in or around greater Boston) what would be your recommendation?

From hind site I have seen the mistakes I made which has been costing me and I hope by coming to this community I can skip some steps in avoiding some error and be a lot more efficient in the service I am providing as a landlord.More importantly my goal is to expand to more multi-families and have a snow ball effect of not headaches but experience and expertise in our profession.I am sure someone wore similar shoes as I do and I would greatly appreciate your story of the light at the end of the tunnel.

That's a better deal for them than foreclosing and getting $250,000 and paying all the costs of a foreclosure.In your shoes, if I felt I could manage these payments and the house would likely be worth at least $314,693 plus selling expenses at the end of my projected holding period, I would seriously consider the offer.

I did an eviction and got possession on May 7th and walked into a nightmare of abandoned clothes, sheets, shoes, broken furniture,food items an frifge and kitchen, garbage, etc. etc.

That is what I would try to do in your shoes.
