From hind site I have seen the mistakes I made which has been costing me and I hope by coming to this community I can skip some steps in avoiding some error and be a lot more efficient in the service I am providing as a landlord.More importantly my goal is to expand to more multi-families and have a snow ball effect of not headaches but experience and expertise in our profession.I am sure someone wore similar shoes as I do and I would greatly appreciate your story of the light at the end of the tunnel.

That's a better deal for them than foreclosing and getting $250,000 and paying all the costs of a foreclosure.In your shoes, if I felt I could manage these payments and the house would likely be worth at least $314,693 plus selling expenses at the end of my projected holding period, I would seriously consider the offer.

I did an eviction and got possession on May 7th and walked into a nightmare of abandoned clothes, sheets, shoes, broken furniture,food items an frifge and kitchen, garbage, etc. etc.
