Their policy changes including price increases, charging for every little thing as an "add-on", complicated GUI and the lack of fixes of known problems (posted by their "community" on a Facebook Group), and super slow ACH deposits (which take 10+ days!)

I moved all of mine to ecobee for this reason and have been very happy with the switch as ecobee allows this.

My contractor is great, referred by a fellow successful investor and also shared that, he himself stays away from Shaker for similar reasons (inspectors, process etc).

In our resort the resort owns the golf cart company so you can read through the lines there Ugh the problem is everyone else at this price point includes it and I fear that not having it will affect bookings
