I remember the thread well but the host was only compensated after she went to the media, so of course Airbnb were just concerned about looking bad.

My last contractor used to be the host of a reality show on HGTV and he told me stories.

I am dealing with a basement problem, a few closings and a cloud on title for my normal bread and butter properties.

Hi Greg, I can't speak to best practices or anything formal of that nature, but I hosted a BP get together here in San Antonio earlier this month and everyone seemed to have a great time.

Obviously, there are extremes of this which could cloud that argument (living in the property for 30 days, then selling and maintaining a pattern of this over and over again).
