Hello BP

My Name is Brian FJ, IM NEW TO BP.  I'm a real estate investor from Indianapolis, IN. I have been involved in the rental spectrum for a while. Now I'm thinking about rehabbing properties here. Lately I've found myself watching a lot of HGTV and FYI.

watching mostly Fix or Flop, Flipping Vegas, Flipping Boston, & Property Brothers. My questions is this.......HOW REALISTIC are these shows? I've done some research on "Rehabbing" and my market but to my  "Seasoned Experienced Rehabbers" what are the pros and cons of these shows? (and Rehabbing in general) Thanks for you Opinion/Input in Advance

They're about as realistic as Die Hard 4.
