If you are new and do not have other online profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, no Google Business Page / Reviews) this can be a bit risky as the savvy internet user is not going to just toss up info.

I know it is possible to individually search county records for each properties' county website which I will absolutely do once I am ready to make an offer, however when I am simply browsing properties online without MLS access, I don't think that should be completely necessary just yet.

Once the tenant moves in next week I should have about $1,500/month in positive cash flow between my 3 condos, plus I’ve created about 150k in equity with only putting 72k total cash invested so I’ve double my investment and earning solid cash flow.

Online on the MLS, we made an offer that was rejected so we went in escrow on a different property, while in escrow we recieve a phone call asking if we where still interested and we came back with same offer but a very strong 1 month closing with us performing our own home inspection.

I totally get why they want to buy their rental portfolios and if at the end of the day they make a grand or two a year on a house and it becomes paid for by the tenant thats still a good out come
