REI isn't a "one year return" investment platform. 

There is now a huge shake out of the various platforms, and RealtyShares folded late last year.

While living there take average of say 6-8 months to get idea and incorporate that into the rent price, only if rents can be suitable for your rental market.

@AL-Teef Jones I became a BP pro member to do my part to show appreciation for the platform that BP has created.

If a property doesn't positively cash flow, then by every known definition it is not a suitable rental investment.

Cebu, Palawan, Batangas have the more popular ocean views suitable for international investment. 

As for loans, to get a fixed loan for 5 years (the maximum) you have to pay around 7.4% for the first $208.000 and for the rest of the loan you have interest around 8.5% (fixed for 5 years), please note that you can get an apartment in a B1/C2 for around $290.000 and the rent is around $1650-$2.335 which does not even fit the 1% rule.I do not know how I would possible invest in this market to earn more then you could earn on the stock market, if anyone has any tips or suggestion on how I could possibly make this work in Iceland I would love to hear it, otherwise I plan on moving to another country that has a more suitable market for long term real estate investing. 

I can find and buy properties that are suitable for BRRRR, and he can fix them up.

It's pretty hard to keep track with all the different platforms, offerings, websites, and their track record.Is there any platform you know which sort of "aggregates" all the different investments?
