Hello BP members! 

Good morning, good afternoon and/or good evening to you w/e you are. My name is AL-Teef Jones "AJ." I've been a BP member for a while, and I finally made the upgrade to PRO thus I wanted to re-introduce myself as a Pro BP member and reconnect with other member as we journey the REI game.

A little background on me; I'm a Newark, NJ resident and investor. I have my first and only property (for now) in the Weequahic section of Newark where I house hack. At this stage of my REI journey I'm more inclined towards buying and holding as an investor. I've had this property for a little more than a year and learned soooo much thru my experiences yet still have much more to learn. I know the journey doesn't end and that there's always some sort of advancement that forces the good REI to adapt. My goal is to have REI be my vehicle to escape the rat race and fire my employer!

Although I’m still relatively new to the game I look fwd to being able to share experiences, methods, insight with all of you as we grow during this journey. I would love to link and network with any investors in the northern Jersey area particularly Essex county. There’s enough wealth for us to all eat! Let’s get it!

@AL-Teef Jones I became a BP pro member to do my part to show appreciation for the platform that BP has created. To be honest, the connections that I have made through BP have made me hundreds of thousands of dollars over the last 2 years. I absolutely encourage people who have financially benefitted from BP to show their appreciation in the same way.

I am also looking to have real estate be my vehicle to create enough passive income for what I do day to day to become optional.
