Call around and see what each one offers.For me, I get to know the ins and outs of the property management company I select, and I pay a little more knowing that they have the best resources and credential to make my business a success.

You can engage in legal gamesmanship, but that would come with a price which may not be worth it at the end.To your success!

I really don't expect success with this, but that's some avenues you can try if you really want this lot. 

I was very successful in doing over 20 rehabs in my first year.

I personally haven’t gone to other state’s REI groups so I’m not sure if it truely is the best but other successful investors have said that it is). 

If there was, there would be a lot fewer successful people on this site as I see a lot of people who have had success using conflicting strategies.

Keep educating yourself and making connections and don't let yourself or the lenders stand in the way of your success.

I have good success using Shelter insurance.  

There is one this Monday in Lake Forest that should be very interesting.I would seek out and speak with individuals who are successful locally and connect with them.
