I would appreciate any tips on how to: 1) Ensure that the process goes smoothly and as quickly as possible.  2) Avoid any potential pitfalls. 

Pretty typical deck that will describe desired markets and bios, however I would like to include a business plan slide that will describe line by line what type of deals I will transact on and what the execution is. 

If they're not smooth top, they have the same drop pans and coil crap to deal with as any other range so not any easier to clean. 

You want the process to go as smooth as possible for yourself and the buyer. 

That smooths the transition out since it lets him get into his new home more easily, and feels like you are paying him to go!

I’d still go with it, but there are many people who prefer electric cooktops because they are easier to clean -picture the “smooth plate of glass” kinda.
