In the past couple years I have originated a ton of short term rentals in the Smoky Mountains and also looking at the Asheville area and after seeing the returns and having my clients come back and purchase 2 - 4 more we decided to go the short term rental route ourselves this past Jan and it is already bringing great results!!

I know we fill these brokerage forms out for our IRA LLC clients.

@Ricardo Cristobal I always caution people about out of state investments especially when youre just getting started @Brandon Turner always says try and look for a deal an 1-2 hours outside of the area that you live in when looking to invest in an expensive area, that device is sound and has worked for me and clients of mine who live in NYC.

Lease docs, contract docs for when our clients buy/sell houses, anything we need signed is done through there.Giving tenants the ability to pay online or with a card.

I've had several clients use him.

They have other clients and lives, so i'ts simply not possible.

In Oregon a business licence must list a physical address even if there is no office there and no clients come there.

I partnered with a local realtor that I had developed a,relationship with who has been serving as the project manager and will be responsible for selling the house when the time comes.  

I have a great mentor who I served with in the military who has ventured into wholesaling and who has been profitable.
