Hey Bob, Really appreciate it, yes I have heard some great things bout REIA meetings, been to a few definitely seems like a great place to network and get your name and face out into the community that you are serving. 

I just read another post where a new member of BiggerPockets asked the community if he should spend 15K on paying for a coach to teach him how to do multi family investing.
