Best guess = 93 SQFT calling units 1200 sqft (counting garages as 150sqft) .I would be very skeptical of claims of less. don't know how to adjust for provo.

@Angela Miller - This area has many properties that come up regularly but as @Ronald Starusnak mentioned, most need updating/rehab to be optimal rentals for the area.

In that case generally depending on the amount you are seeking in damages it could be small claims court or superior court you have to file in.

A charitable donation deduction will be limited to 50% of your adjusted gross income or less and the relative tax benefit will also be affected by the amounts of other itemized deductions you claim.

They are good at covering small claims, but if a true negligent or 'fraudulent' accident happened, they will challenge the claim and then yo will be stuck defending yourself in a lawsuit while at the same time sing your insurance provider.
