Cost of new construction -4 plex in Utah County

My parents own their property and have enough space to build a 4-plex. I believe they looked into zoning at one point and it was approved and now I want to look into building with my parents on their land. I need an estimate range on the cost to build new. They are located in Provo, Utah.

Thanks for any help,

Brian

@Brian Christensen Unless the land is extremely valuable, your likely better off building a duplex, which will be significantly cheaper per ft2 than a 4-plex, due to different building code and fire protection regulations.  Around me, building 3-4 unit buildings are 25% more per ft2 than duplexes for the build cost.
