The Purchase and Sales contract can be recorded in the county clerks office, and the first recorded one is the valid one, so if yours is the 1st recorded one, it takes precedence over the other 9 if there's 10 of them out there.

Yes, that is what i was thinking. i used quicken because they say they are friendly to AIRBNB income. i am in the process of working with another broker to shop the product around.

BRRR in Plano, Frisco, and Mckinney might be a better area to start in due to appreciation alone.I don't know the validity to this claim, but I've read that by 2025 there will be more people working in Frisco/Plano than in downtown Dallas.
