Hello everybody! My name is Drake and I am getting started in real estate in the DFW area. I am looking for deals around Denton, Plano, Irving, Fort Worth, etc. My goal is to start with flips and eventually begin implementing the BRRRR method. @Drake Jackson there are a million wholesalers out in this market. Just start googling and get on their buyers lists. Be sure get connected with a honest hard money lender. I can recommend that I personally trust. Cary Donham w/ Capital Concepts and Paul Starnes with Investmark Mortgage.

Personally starting out flipping houses is riskier and BRRRR.
