Getting Started in Real Estate- North Texas

Hello everybody! My name is Drake and I am getting started in real estate in the DFW area. I am looking for deals around Denton, Plano, Irving, Fort Worth, etc. My goal is to start with flips and eventually begin implementing the BRRRR method. Single family and multifamily properties are ideal at the moment. Anyone who has anything to say, whether it be hello or information about the market/specific deals, please feel free to reach out. Thank y'all so much!

@Drake Jackson there are a million wholesalers out in this market. Just start googling and get on their buyers lists. Be sure get connected with a honest hard money lender. I can recommend that I personally trust. Cary Donham w/ Capital Concepts and Paul Starnes with Investmark Mortgage.

Personally starting out flipping houses is riskier and BRRRR.
