There is some good information on BP and the web as a whole, but really the best way to learn about the specifics of your situation is to speak with a self directed IRA professional.Short story... the IRA really remains just the same with regards to tax rules, distributions, etc.

Many of them are failed perk test or never tested, some are wetlands, some are flood plains, and therefore there are many that are unbuildable, and as such are virtually worthless.Many are sold on the web, under the bigger sucker theory. 

I'm in the beginning stages of building my web presence but am using it as a supplement to a mailing campaign.
