The property is at the southern point in the county, in blue ridge summit. 

My wife wants to buy in Delaware, rehoboth/dewey, where you get a small lot and house ocean block for $1M.

Do not bombard them out of the blue, it may set off red flags.

. - One thing to note about the changing sea/beach/tides is that 5 years ago they did a beach nourishment program where they literally dredged sand from the ocean floor onto the beach to widen it. 

We thought about selling that but according to Kelley blue book it’s only worth like 14,000.

Agree w/Greg, most tenants don't read beyond what they are looking for (ocean view, large yard, pets OK, etc.) 

So for example, New Canaan Connecticut (not my location) is one of the nicest areas in the country, yet it has a all blue "Dangerous" area in the center.

Who the heck thinks: "Let's take our family to visit the blue house with the dumpster and see if we want to buy it!"

This was nice as it was something we didn't have to pack.Satellite or cable TV - don't cheap out on something that costs a couple of dollars per day.Will your place have any view of the ocean?
