Jared Polis, Mayor Michael Hancock and other lawmakers announced the new rules, which apply to Denver and 14 other counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Douglas, Jefferson, La Plata, Logan, Mesa, Morgan, Routt, Summit and Washington.In the recently released Colorado State Public Health Order, individual real estate showings in counties moved to the RED COVID status are permitted, but Open Houses are not. 

This past week I have learned a wealth of knowledge from all of you, I’ve spent countless late night hours reading numerous discussions, investing strategies and tips.

We have numerous rental properties and beach condo under an LLC, but we have not developed land from the ground up.

I just closed on a property yesterday in RI after analyzing over 2-dozen houses, and glancing at numerous more that I just threw away without even analyzing.  

This is a health crisis causing an employment crisis.  

We are pursing a foreclosed property in Rochester NY- which had numerous liens that we sorted our way through, along with an owner that skipped town.

I know I missing something as there are many of people that buy numerous properties and have to be well over their ratio also.Any input is helpful for this rookie.

May our health care workers get a long needed rest, may sticks cost less to put in our nest.

I told the tenant she had to move out due to health concerns and my need to renovate the place.

Today I am grateful for my physical and mental health and the physical and mental health of my family.
