renters in foreclosed property
Hi BP Community,
We are new to the real estate investment community and set our sights on a doozey for our first purchase! We are pursing a foreclosed property in Rochester NY- which had numerous liens that we sorted our way through, along with an owner that skipped town. Currently there are renters in the home- if we actually secure this property, how do folks recommend getting the renters out? OR, do you try to work with them to determine if they would be a good renter? Any advice on this subject would be appreciated.
Happy house hunting!
Kristie
