I can just say hang in there and if your numbers are accurate, you are okay.

There are many great companies that hang out on this forum that should be able to assist you.

I guest the more i practice the more i will get the hang of it.

This is especially true for items that require lots of equipment rentals (think refinishing hardwood floors), or things that would delay other processes (think hanging and finishing drywall, as it would take a single person without much experience in it way longer than an experienced crew).

You'll learn a ton if you hang around on the BP forums.

You will read some hard-core stuff here about not letting a tenant hang a picture on the wall without your approval or put out a different door mat.
