Hang my license with a Broker.

I am in the process of obtaining my license. My primary reason for doing so, is for my own personal investing. I have two questions. 1. How should I go about finding a broker to hang my license with? 2. How is the broker typically compensated on my deals? Thanks in advance for any input!

We are an "investor friendly Brokerage that does business across Central and South Florida... specifically, we assist them with purchasing HUD properties.

To that end, all of our Agents are also investors...

We have different comp plans by business type (regular residential, regular commercial, HUD deals, their own investment properties, etc.).

The way our Agents found us is either by asking at their local REIA, or we have helped them purchase properties.

That would be a good place to start.
