Are you an investor who loves to fly?

We would love to buy a property in Boca Raton, I know there are strict regulations when it comes to STR, does anyone have experience with it? 

However, I’m seeking guidance on since I got the down payment assistance from the city if they will randomly check to see if I occupied the property or it’s rent out within the first 7-12 months.

I love working with buyer agents because they usually already have a built relationship with their buyer investors.

I do think new models will emerge however the more I digest this settlement & believe me I more than anyone would love to see the industry transformed, I think the more likely outcome is just reduced net commissions and reduced volume for agents, while not being an extinction level event either.
