Looking to buy a second investment property

Talia Bollard
Posted

Looking for some guidance, and mentor. Also a realtor that is open to subject to or seller financing.

I have recently paid off my first property in Portland Oregon. It has been renting out great.  Now I feel ready to buy a second home and looking for some guidance as I don’t have very much experience in finding the right finance methods and property search methods. I’m looking to buy in Phoenix this time.

Hi Talia.

Welcome to BP!

There are certainly creative finance opportunities here in PHX. I would recommend honing in on some specific cities within PHX that you'd like to target, as the metropolitan PHX area is very large.

Also another option could be a DSCR loan as well. Definitely talk to a lender on if this is a viable option though.

Best of luck!
