As far as having a team, that is exactly what i am doing right now, going through subs to get the best and most reasonable ones on my team. i am open to joint ventures, but not going to interested in just being someones contractor, really dont need clients, I can do these projects on my own

Another scammer told me they were "joint venturing" a deal.

Hello All,               I have a question on joint venture with my contractor. 

Some sort of Joint-Venture deal whereby we work toward a common goal.

I told them they need to let me know  if there are changes they want to propose to settle the dispute one wants to leave but its a joint lease so they need to figure it out.

IF so, there are some fixes...Fixes:  I knowledgeable roofer can seal the shingle joints (UNDER the shingles, not on top) and thus no water will be able to get underneath anything. 

Now we are trying to pay off her debt & some joint & other medical & wedding expenses together so we can invest some of her income passively & create even more cash flow & long term wealth building!
