I am a spec home builder, investor, transitioning into buy and hold investor. I have built over 200 homes, flipped 50+ homes. Recently moved to Houston, getting into passive investment business model. Will probably still build few spec homes a year in Houston general area ( i am an addict of building new homes).

Hi William,

thanks for warm welcome. So far i purchased 3 homes in Galveston, 1 house and 8plex in Houston...

once i renovate them and rent them out, i will entertain an idea of buying few lots and building them out. As far as having a team, that is exactly what i am doing right now, going through subs to get the best and most reasonable ones on my team.

i am open to joint ventures, but not going to interested in just being someones contractor, really dont need clients, I can do these projects on my own
