Where I am $10K is barely enough for a down payment on a rehab property and that wont leave you any money for the actual improvements or holding costs.

I will never stop trying to improve yet I will never be perfect. 

Keep in mind that if you change neighborhoods and deviate from the list of improvements your costs can change significantly.

I believe we all create our own realities, and I am always looking to expand mine and improve in any way possible, to maximize and grow, to be all I can be and give all that I can give!

I am building business credit and I got a phone call from a rep from D&B telling me that I need to pay $499 to finish my profile with them..I already have a D&B #, so why do I have to pay to complete a profile?

There is a whole science to improving your score.

When I discovered that my credit was less than what it needs to be to do any kind of real estate investing, I started intensive researching for ways that I could improve my credit rating.

It is also possible that the "improvements" (ie the building) isn't accounted for.

How are you going to finance and were will you get the money for improvements?
