I really appreciate what everyone has commented on this topic, maybe it isn't as crazy after all as for the vacay rental... i would remember to factor in cleaning fees (which could be passed on to the renters) as well as any extra tax for the lake resort.

Ask around as all banks won't do them, they should be classified as a commercial loan, but definitely there will be some.Make sure when setting it up that you are able to sell each of the houses individually within the blanket and they will allow you to get a clean title without breaking the blanket loan apart.

The paint and floors and cabinets and everything are in good enough shape that I won't do anything besides clean them.
