Fayetteville, Rocky Mount, and perhaps to a slightly lesser degree - Durham, all come to mind off the top of my head.I have seen people go in 'half-cocked' in these cities and lose.Like many areas of business, where there's risk - there's opportunity.

Both were in terrible shape, and the ADU in the back was literally sitting in the dirt, foundation crumbled, floor sloping at least 15 degrees to one side.

Until recently, I was always a product of the, "you have to go to school and get a degree to be successful" idea. 10 years of experience in the industry and a Masters degree later, here I am.Technically, I have no real estate experience, but I am preparing to rent out my home as my significant other and I combine forces.
