And if its too much effort/cost for someone wanting to be an investor to get their license to do it, then they probably don't have the drive its going to take to do well at this anyway.From just some of the posts and podcasts I've heard over the years on wholesaling, the PM thing seems like its a far easier barrier for entry with a lot more upside......So I'd say this was an absolutely fantastic suggestion by Ryan.
