Finding Homes with FHA Loans

My wife and I have considered making our next purchase an OO purchase and using our current residence as a rental. I'm interested in potentially assuming an FHA loan that was originated prior to the recent changes making the MI permanent.

Is there any way to search for properties that have an FHA loan on them? Or is the only way to do this simply to ask each seller.

Thanks!
