Coming from a man who makes millions of dollars a year, he definitely knows what he is talking about.I have as much respect for this idiot as I do for Arianna Huffington who preaches for environmental responsibility and owns three Priuses while pulling a $25,000 electrical and water monthly bill and flying the world on a private jet.I am calling for all the delusionals and hypocrites of the world to unit!!!

Usually the State has clear guidelines on this and you don't want to be held responsible in the event of soil contamination or environmental hazards to the property or the property owner could come back afterwards on this issue.

If it's a big one, like a petro refininery, you can get insurance.I have only heard of one issue that went to court over this issue after a certification had been given, and it was with our state environmental bunch and concerned citizens.

If Al Alielo is to be believed, you can identify all the component costs for the improvements and add those up to come up with the value for the improvements.

By trying its hand at "fairness" and forcing Sh***y loans through the system for years up through the IMPLOSION (and still today, for that matter), it toys with a major economic component with which it rightly has no business.

So my plan requires me to invest in real estate because in order to keep my expenses low and minimize my environmental impact I plan to build a tiny home in the next few years.

Until the property is inspected you really don’t know what the condition and life expectancy of all major components and appliances are.

There are three separate components involved in a cabinet drawer: tracks / slides, structural drawer box, and decorative front panel.My guess is, in the photo with red lines and dimensions, that the piece of metal with red line across it and the 23" dimension is the drawer track that was used with the original drawer.

There are multiple components to this issue.Who pays for this, shared cost between the two units affected, HOA, and depending on the amount, insurance may be involved.
