I'm looking to explore the investment field.

I've done quite a few of them and have enjoyed it. 

This will be my first project management job of its kind in the industry, but I have been a project manager in another field for nearly a decade and am not new to issuing contracts to construction.

LOL @Jay Hinrichs "sounds like the clothing optional places" was exactly what I was thinking.No kids/pets isn't my cup of tea personally (I could field my own soccer team and my bird dog is my BFF, LOL), but I can totally see the attraction.
