My initial idea is to convert the rooms into apartments, with some being efficiency and others 1-2 bedrooms.

We want to make sure we structure our business in the most efficient manner possible so we can scale.- Do you open up one LLC per property? 

The smaller efficiency has a compact kitchen (attaching picture below) Not sure if that will constitute as a kitchen.Compact KitchenWould this effect my appraisal in an adverse way?

Actually if its apples to apples, it seems people here look for the newer elements because they assume the house is more efficient or up to modern living here.

I like the form and efficiency of space overall for its size.
