While I am about to provide a 3 day notice to a tenant that I communicate with regularly and whom I've worked with for 2 years, is there anything I can or should do to fix this now or does it not matter?

Consistency in guest communication, being out of state and unable to be hands on, nuances that come up that you were completely unaware of and you don't have strong boots on the ground - all good reason to be passive in this business.

I've searched the forums here and also looked a bit through Google searches and haven't seen a lot of people post about call centers or VAs that they trust to handle this task.I've looked into Call Porter, Patlive, Map Communications and several others.

Offer to also be an advocate for both parties to assure the landlords, (if that is possible, I don't know, not really my space) that they will be able to have open communication with potential tenant.
