With so many flooring options available (hardwood, laminate flooring, ceramic tile, ceramic tile that looks like wood, vinyl plant flooring,.....and the list goes on and on and on...I'm all ears....like I said which came first the chicken or the egg.

I would suggest a ¼ turn, one-piece, polymer-coated, compression supply line.  

And on to build a portfolio as large as my aspirations and abilities find themselves at such a time.For now I am reading as many recommended business and real estate books as I can get my hands, or ears, as I am an avid audiobook listener, on.

Shouldn't there be a piece of software where you can just input some of the details of the property and it gives you all the analysis and metrics you need to decide if it will be profitable as well as how to keep it profitable (What-if scenarios)?

Try to switch up your mail piece, this will not only give your mail campaign diversity but also allow you to reach more leads.
