If getting the tenant out would kill the deal, would you keep the tenant ?

there are deals out there, less than there used to be but always something if you are patient and ready to jump when it appears. 

This is what we did, and the daughter was in fact starting to pack and move out. 

I can't figure out how that is potentially going to "result in lower overall costs for investors who are purchasing properties." 

However, if you were to recommend a top 3 of learning material you wish you had when starting out, what would it be?

Offsetting both interests, I will lower my interest paid out since it's more than my interest coming in. till I can refinance to a matchable interest rate.Investment Property interest is a tax-deductible expense.

Currently live in and work out of, but will be moving out this year and renting both units as short term rentals.
