They conversely can still be lending but change the rates and terms for new market risk profiles post Covid.With the communication appearing poor and the lender cooling off to your requests it doesn't look good.

In order to check the charge you have to check superheat on non-txv systems and sub cooling on txv type systems. #5 the only way to accurately charge a refrigeration unit is by weight.

It would not make any sense why the investor/note holder/lender would want to go through a deed in lieu, and then not sell the property on the open market themselves, unless they are desperate for money and/or they think you are super cool and more deserving of tens of thousands of dollars in equity than they are.

I sat in a session on revenue managment, and It was really cool to sit in a room with the leaders of the biggest STR companies in the world, and what I learned was that they really don't know that much more about revenue management (dynamic pricing) than I do!
