Commercial financing / LOC

I having a hard time with the lender I chose to use for a commercial refi and a portfolio loan. We started the application on Feb 14 and still do not have a closing date. How long does something like this usually take from start to finish and should I find another lender? The worst part is that he's not been very responsive but I absolutely love the products he has to offer....which obviously do no good if I can't close with him. This is a local bank. Does banks not local offer commercial refi and LOC?
