@Kamrava Pirouz, North Central or Southeast, depending on your preferred area, but honestly it's all appreciating at a rapid pace.I have to say that I disagree with @Joe Scaparra, although he is a smart guy and gives good advice.

Main thing that's bother me is NO central Air and Heat.
