Hello,  I have heard so many stories about wholesaling to start off and it sounds great but I never hear about the situation when you don't have a buyer and are stuck buying a property that you don't necessarily want.

I'm buying a 20 unit motel that will be converted to extended stay and expect guests to stay month to month, and beyond. 

My focus areas include multifamily properties, buy-and-hold strategies, and fix-and-flip projects in emerging markets.I'm seeking advice from experienced investors in this community regarding promising states and cities for multifamily investments, fix-and-flip opportunities, and buy-and-hold strategies.

I wanted some opinions on the market in south texas, what cities yall see booming, i've noticed the influx of 4-plexs and developers looking to capitalize and developing 4-plex subdivisions and now sitting on the mark...

Any property you buy for 200k will need work if you are looking at duplexes.

It is a good buy for a 20k hour light source life unit.

I don't know any of them and don't want to just start buying them without recommendations from people that aren't trying to make a buck off of me.
