My agent also suggested that I not even bother with submitting a claim, as the premium increase would negate the payout in 1-2 years.I'm sitting here wondering why I even have sewer line insurance if it's such a small amount that they would pay out and I should never submit a claim.Should I remove this rider from my policy (and subsequently drive down the cost)?

It is a foreclosure i found out and is on the mls for 65,000 when the neighboring houses are 150-200 I bought a similar one on the same street for 145 in February but once renovations are done on this (fire damage) unit I believe it will assess at around 160-170@Blake Cooper I work full time as an engineer so the structural issues don't bother me too much. have you had a bad experience in the past?

I haven't taken Notary2Pro, but have heard really good things about it as well.Another tip is sign up for as many notary databases as you can do for free (don't bother with any that ask you to pay for a membership... most are scams and there's plenty of work on the ones you don't have to pay for).

But a) only the reserved guest likely sees those check-in highlights (not all read the paper version in the home either) and b) I have to be realistic that our rules will not always be followed perfectly.I'm also not overly concerned about bothering a guest at odd hours if they're being too loud late at night.
